Our orders are processed within 3 weeks once all items + files are received and proofs have been approved. If you need your order quicker than that, get in touch asap and we’ll do our best to accommodate time sensitive requests (rush fees may apply). We understand timelines are important to you so we like to set clear expectations together and then meet them.

Embroidery decorations start at $17.09 per piece for orders of 6+ items and we offer price breaks for bulk orders (see below!) Exact pricing depends on the number of stitches so for larger pieces such as jacket backs, reach out today for your custom quote. You’re welcome to bring your own garment or purchase one from our trusted suppliers. Additional fees may apply for embroidery file edits.
Yep! Our order minimum for embroidery is 6 pieces.

All embroidery design files must be .emb or .dst in order for the machines to be able to process your design. Don’t know how to create those file types? No problem, we offer that service as well!

Of course! We’re happy to create custom garments for you as many times as you like. Once we have an embroidery file created for you, all you pay for is embroidery (and garments if necessary). Just shoot us a message and let us know how many more items you need and we’ll get to work!
